Refund Eligibility : To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
Completion of 100% of the training content:
You must demonstrate that you have completed all modules and lessons included in the Baguette School training program.
No results within 4 months:
After completing the full program, you must provide evidence that you actively appliedthe techniques and strategies taught in the training but achieved no significant results within 4 months of purchasing the course.
Refund Request Process:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Complete the training:
Make sure you have fully completed the program, including all modules and lessons.
Apply the training content:
Implement the techniques, strategies, and concepts taught in the Baguette Schooltraining during the 4 months period following your purchase.
Document your efforts:
Keep a record of yourprogress, including relevant examples, samples of work, ordocumentation demonstrating your active application of the trainingcontent.
Submit your refund request:
Within 4 monthsof purchasing the program, and after sincerely applying the knowledge acquired, if you have not at least earned back your investment, please contact our support team at monsieurbaguetteofficiel@gmail.com with the subject line “Baguette SchoolRefund Request.”
Include your full name, the email addressused for the purchase, and proof of completion and effort.
Refund Assessment :
After receiving your request, our team will review the submitted evidence and assess your eligibility for a refund. We may request additional information or clarification to effectively process your request.
Refund Decision :
Once your refund request has been thoroughly reviewed, we will notify you of our decision within 7 business days.
If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to online training once access to the course has been granted and you have expressly waived this right by accepting our terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
By accessing the training content after purchase, you acknowledge that you can no longer exercise your right of withdrawal and that your purchase is final.
Refund Amount : Approved refunds will be for the full purchase price of the Baguette School training.
Exclusions:
Please note that refunds will not be provided in the followingcases:
Failure to complete 100% of the training content.
Refund requests submitted more than 4 months after the purchase date.
Inability to provide sufficient proof of active application of the training content.
Dissatisfaction with the program without meeting the eligibility requirements for a refund.
